A video about saving the Snake River from aquatic invasive species earned all three top awards in the annual 1% for the Tetons Video Blitz.
The short video was produced in October by local filmmaking team Orijin Media in partnership with the Snake River Fund, a 1% grantee. Orijin and the Snake River Fund were paired via a random drawing and had less than a week to film, write and produce the final video.
The result is a compelling tale about efforts to prevent an environmental disaster locally. The video stars some of our favorite people – River Ambassador Jay Pistono, Weed & Pest expert Erika Edmiston, river enthusiast Aaron Pruzan, and angler extraordinaire Bill Klyn. The Orijin Media team was, needless to say, highly professional and did an outstanding job.
